Nestled in the charming village of La Chapelle-d'Abondance, Le Chabi offers a warm and welcoming stay. The staff were exceptional, catering to our needs and even accommodating an early breakfast for our hiking adventures. The views from our balcony were truly breathtaking, a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of skiing or exploring the surrounding mountains.We opted for half-board and the traditional meals surpassed our expectations, offering a taste of local cuisine like tartiflette and raclette. The wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool was a rejuvenating treat after hitting the slopes. The on-site car parking was convenient for easy access to nearby activities.The hotel's central location in the Abondance Valley allowed us to explore the diverse range of outdoor activities, from skiing to snow walking. The proximity to ski lifts and the Les Portes du Soleil resort made it a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. The spa facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, provided a relaxing escape in the evenings.Le Chabi exceeded our expectations with its attentive service, picturesque setting, and array of amenities. Whether you're seeking adventure in the French Alps or simply a tranquil mountain retreat, this family-run hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm for a truly memorable stay.
